Citizen Science invites the viewer to explore the many ways ordinary people without scientific training are gathering data and participating in scientific investigations. Citizen Science relies on crowdsourcing -- using many people to gather specific bits of information, and permits the amassing of enormous, otherwise unattainable, datasets.
